Home Vaccinations General principles

-
Home Vaccinations is a provider of private healthcare locally and may consider nationally depending on clinician availability and services requested. The price charged per service is available under each service. Home Vaccinations reserves the right to change the price for services when deemed necessary and we will ensure the price available on the website is updated promptly to ensure the price is most accurate. It is important to note, out booking fee is NOT the price of the service. It is a fee that will be deducted from the total price of the service once the service has been carried out. A £15 booking fee will ALWAYS initially be charged prior to any bookings being made. If the service user cancels within 48 hours, the booking fee will NOT be refunded. If the service user cancels prior to 48 hours of the booking, the booking fee will be refunded. Upon service delivery, the total cost minus the booking fee will be charged and the service user is expected to make a payment. The clinician may decide to take the payment prior to, or after the service has been delivered. If the service user decides to not proceed with the vaccines during the clinicians time at the service users property than the booking fee will not be refunded. Any additional time or investigations is chargeable at an additional cost, which will be advised by the clinician during the consultation. All fees must be paid prior to the clinician leaving the service users home.
-
All clinicians are responsible for their own clinic practice and for any advice, investigations or any treatments that they provide during the consultation.
-
Home Vaccinations will only provide consultations with the patient themselves. We cannot provide consultation about a relative or friend without prior written permission.
-
For children under 16 years, consultations need to take place with the parent or legal guardian.
-
Enquiries answered by administrative team via email is for guidance purposes only. Home Vaccinations will not be held responsible for the accuracy of such information given outside of the formal consultation with clinicians.
-
Home Vaccinations does provide an out of hours service and this is dependent on the availability of the clinician. Services can be booked last minute if a clinician is available to provide the service and it is safe to do so. There may be an additional charge and this will be decided by us.
-
We cannot accept responsibility for non-receipt of emails or unobtainable telephone numbers.
-
Our staff have the right to work in an environment free from violent, threatening or abusive behaviour and all will be done to protect their right. At no time will any violent, threatening or abusive behaviour be tolerated. The clinician will leave the property immediately if they feel their safety is compromised. The booking fee will not be refunded.
